The African School of Physics is back - this time in Rwanda!

The latest edition of the African School of Fundamental Physics and Applications (ASP) will commence on August 1, 2016 in Kigali, Rwanda at the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology.

The 4th edition of ASP is hosted with the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of Rwanda. The school will run through August 19, 2016.

A record number of students were invited to participate in this edition of the school, and a number of the students will be representing their countries for the first time at ASP. We are excited to welcome all of them, as well as you, in learning more about physics throughout the school.

You can learn more about the day-to-day activities at ASP by watching our video highlighting the 2014 edition held at the Université Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Senegal.
